Goods will be despatched within 5 working days of Order being received, subject to availability of product at time of processing. Out of stock goods will not be automatically back-ordered. All items out of stock at time of despatch will be advised. Goods will be despatched via most economical means - Courier Transport or Australia Post. All goods despatched via Australia Post will be by Registered Post or Express Post Bag. This allows us to attempt to finding missing parcels. Some products listed on this site are regarded as dangerous goods and cannot be despatched via Australia Post. These include -
These products will be despatched via Courier transport ONLY. Freight costs as calculated by online ordering system is APPROXIMATE ONLY. Dangerous Goods and heavy/large items may incur extra freight charges. If charged freight costs differ greatly from online calculated freight charges, you will be notified via email PRIOR to despatch of order. In this instance, a CONFIRMATION of payment of freight charges will be required from you PRIOR to shipping of order. |
